Verdict
This was my entry for belarussian artbook "White Book"
In the first concepts, whole illustration show some sort of judgment process, some sort of fictional courtyard. There were the Grand Judge, jury and accused. During the production, this idea transformed. I remove jury and place viewer on the role of defendant, to make some kind of personal connection between viewer and character on the picture.
Judge holds hourglass and scythe, reminding to viewers about wasted time and time that left for all of us.
Heavily inspired by Warframe visual design.

Final illustration
First concepts of Judge face. At first concepts, she should be blind like Femida. On the production, I refused this idea. Open face, open eyes looking at viewer seemed to me looks more and strong.
Libra sketches. At first, Judge lift a libra instead of hourglass. During the "mutation" from Femida like Judge to Death like, hourglass seemed to me more suitable.
